J Spazio Apartelle and Cafe

Disclaimer: This review is solely based on our experience dining at their Cafe ONLY. For starters, the cafe is located at the third floor of the building. So if you’re not a fan of stairs, I don’t recommend the place. The view is great though. You can the Mayon from up there. While eating or siping your iced cold coffee The place looks pretty…as if there’s an ongoing event. It always looks like that… as per Ate hehe The AC is enough and everything is sparkling clean. For the food, we ordered Prita, which is basically a Porksilog. hehe One iced coffee and iced creamy butterscotch. The food is okay. It comes with two slices of cucumber and atchara. The coffees are surprisingly good. So kudos to that! Just a quick NOTE: The price of the coffee on the menu for the ESPRESSO ones are for HOT drinks. Hence, if you ordered it iced, the price will increase. Which is the only negative comment I have. It doesn’t say about it in the menu. Which again may invite a conflict in the future. Nonetheless, everything is okay. Might go back some other time.

Highly recommendable, accessible location, very cozy big rooms and living room, professionally done interior decorator,very clean,well maintained facilities,very friendly and approachable staff, no power interruptions, acceptable parking space and most importantly rate is affordable. You will not expect a posh apartelle that really suits your budget. At the Cafe,food is scrumptious, very clean and presentable table set up, classy and designers kitchen and table wares very quite and lovely ambience overlooking the beautiful view of Mt. Mayon Volcano, staff at the cafe are friendly. Overall my rating is ~ We stayed here for long stay multiple times and I will definitely keep on coming back for my future stay. Well done to the owner and staff for making my stay non regrettable my experience is beyond my expectations

As someone who loves exploring new cafes, I recently visited one with a very inviting atmosphere and a beautiful aesthetic. The moment I walked in, I felt relaxed and comfortable in the space, which was adorned with lovely decor and lighting. However, I did find the prices to be a bit steep for what was offered. While the food and drinks were delicious, I couldn't help but feel like I was paying more than I would at other cafes. That being said, I still enjoyed my experience and appreciated the attention to detail that went into creating such a lovely environment. Overall, if you're looking for a cafe with a great ambiance and a beautiful aesthetic, this one is definitely worth a visit. Just keep in mind that you may be paying a bit more than you would at other similar establishments. If you're looking for a more budget-friendly option, you may want to explore other options in the area.

Nice place to stay. Nice rooms. Walking distance to the City. If you want to see Mayon, just go to the roof deck. Nice resto, we already have our favorite area/place when having coffee. 5⭐
